The catalog is the story.
Records for the floor, the headphones, the car, and whatever comes next.
The label
No borrowed mythology. No polished imitation. Just Detroit artists building the sound in their own image.
Founded in 2009 by Body Mechanic and DJ Spade, Detroit Techno Records is an independent home for techno, electro, and machine-driven music with roots in the city that shaped it.
The label connects records, artists, live broadcasts, and community without sanding away the edge.
